Gerald W. Haddock - President

Gerald Haddock is the president and founder of Haddock Investments. In 2000, Mr. Haddock decided to use his more than 30 years of financial, real estate, oil and gas, and legal experience in order to form his own company, Haddock Enterprises, LLC, and focus on private equity and commercial real estate investments. In addition to his role as president of Haddock Investments, Gerald Haddock serves on numerous for-profit and not-for-profit boards, including the board for Meritage Homes Corporation, the Board of Trustees for the Baylor College of Medicine, the Baylor University Executive Investment Committee, and several others. Mr. Haddock has his BBA from Baylor University, JD from Baylor University School of Law, LLM from New York University School of Law, and MBA from Dallas Baptist University. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, the Hon. Diane Haddock.

Diane Haddock - Vice President

Judge Diane Haddock is the Vice President of Haddock Investments. Along with her legal expertise, Judge Haddock has an impressive background in banking management experience as a banking officer and director. In those roles, she was responsible for the largest mortgage bank transactions in the country for several years. As an attorney, Judge Haddock focused her private practice on family law and banking and corporate transactions. Judge Haddock is actively involved in the Fort Worth community, not only in her judicial role but also as a advocate for several organizations, including the YMCA Amaka Child Care Center and Meals on Wheels. Judge Haddock received her JD from Texas Tech University. She lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband, Gerald Haddock.

S. Anna Womack – Director of Finance


Anna Womack joined Haddock Investments in April 2012 and serves as the Director of Finance. Anna brings more than two decades of financial experience to Haddock Investments. She also has over five years of managerial and legal experience having served as the operations manager and legal assistant at a local law firm. Anna graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, where she was chosen as a Neeley Scholar and received the Wall Street Journal Award.  Anna and her family are longtime residents of Fort Worth, Texas.


Michelle Brown - Research Analyst

Michelle Brown provides research and marketing support for Haddock Investments. Prior to joining Haddock Investments, Michelle worked with a large company in Dallas as the export and import compliance official, specializing in NAFTA and international contracts. She graduated from the University of North Texas with her BA in English Composition.
